"Da Vin Cheez" lahir pada Agustus 2009. Gabungan antara dua band yang berbeda ini adalah band kebanggan SMA Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. Karena band ini telah membawa nama sekolah di 15 besar Deteksi Band Competition 2K8 yang diselenggarakan oleh Jawa Pos.
